BRITS are yearning for more sunshine after a less-than-ideal summer, which explains why autumn holidays are becoming increasingly popular.
New research by On the Beach revealed that bookings to sunny destinations have increased by 26 per cent compared to last year.
With the help of weatherman John Kettley, the holiday company has compiled a list of 25 destinations where the sunshine is guaranteed to shine in October and November.
Las Vegas, Dubai, and Thailand will still be heating up to a scorching 39C for those itching for dry heat during the days and nights.
For somewhere closer to home, the Canary Islands are a great option.
The Spanish islands promise perfect autumn conditions with highs of 27 degrees and up to eight hours of sunshine daily.
