Strictly Come Dancing 2019 contestant Anneka Rice, 60, took to social media this morning to share a set of behind-the-scenes snaps from the BBC programme.
The television star, who is partnered with professional dancer Kevin Clifton, 36, posted the pictures on her Instagram account in view of her 10,900 followers.
Ahead of the second live show of the series, the former Treasure Hunt presenter can be seen smiling for the camera in the hair and make-up department.
Wearing her blonde hair loose to her shoulders, the make-up artist enhanced her natural beauty with natural tones and a slick of pink lipstick.
Alongside the image, Anneka wrote: “Make-up. Tick. Hair next. All before 11am….What if we want to go for a lunchtime swim? #strictly #early #lotstodo #falseeyelashes”.
Anneka’s co-star Emma Barton, 42, who is partnered with Anton Du Beke, 53, quickly took to the comments section on the picture to pay the star a compliment by adding four love heart emojis.
A short while after, the popular TV personality posted a second picture on the social media site when her hair and make-up transformation was complete.
The Challenge Anneka star snapped a selfie in the mirror which showed her hair in an intricate up ‘do from all angles.
Revealing her beautiful new look, she added: “And in other news …. no chance of nipping out for a swim now. #strictly #blimey #hairup #firsttime #weird #lasttime?”
Anneka and her pro dancer Kevin will perform a Waltz on tonight’s live show to Whitney Houston track Run to You.
The couple are hoping to improve on their last week’s score of 14 points which placed them in the bottom three of the leaderboard.
