Big Brother's Glyn Wise has showed off his incredible transformation 14 years after starring on the show.
The 32 year old entered the famous house as just a teenage lifeguard, but emerged as a celebrity after being crowned runner-up.
Now, the TV personality has left presenters Davina McCall, 52, and Rylan Clark-Neal, 31, as well as fans of the series, swooning over him as he returned to the screen for Big Brother: Best Shows Ever anniversary special.

Davina, who recently shared a glimpse inside her new £3.4million home after her divorce, then tagged him in a cheeky tweet where she flirtatiously admitted Glyn has had a "glow up".
She wrote: "I have to say @GlynWise has had a glow up," alongside the hashtag #bbuk. Obviously touched by the message, he replied: "Thanks Davina, always been kind! Thanks for everything, I'm 32 now mind."
The star then added that he hopes the show will come back to entertain the nation as he said: "We really need to get the show back on our screens! I loved every second of it!"
Many of the show's fans couldn't help but comment on his transformation as they flocked to social media to express their opinions.
One simply wrote: "FIT," as another said: "Ikr he's definitely aged well," [sic] followed by a smiling face emoji.
A third commented: "Wouldn't have recognised him, so grown up xx." while a fourth added: "You still look good".
The Welshman appears to have come a long way since learning to cook an egg for the very first time in the BB house, venturing into politics.

He joined political party Plaid Cymru and became a candidate for the Cardiff Central Welsh Assembly in 2016.
However he later resigned from the party after disagreeing with their stance on the EU according to Wales Online, and recently went on a gap year, travelling the world.
Now, he describes himself as an athlete, tutor, TV Personality, politician and traveller, and often posts updates to his 4,800 Instagram followers.

Opening up on his experience in reality TV, Glyn told the Metro: “Big Brother was 10 years ago and I’ve moved on a lot since then.
“I still get recognised from the show though, especially while I’ve been out campaigning. But has being on Big Brother been a curse as well as a blessing?"
He added: "I don’t think so at all. Politics needs people from different types of backgrounds. It doesn’t have to be all old men in grey suits."
