Lon6z, whose real name is Allante DeBrill, reveals in a new interview that he got a feature on the Baton Rouge rapper’s new track called ‘Run It Up 2.0 (Boosie Alpha Initiation)’.
AceShowbiz -Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie)’s fan had a particular reason why he chose to have dinner with the rapper instead of getting some cash. Lon6z, who turned down a $20,000 offer from the “Wipe Me Down” emcee earlier this month, detailed why he came up with the decision in a new interview with The Shade Room.
“I’m a hustler; I just felt that it was the way to go tbh,” the aspiring rapper, whose real name is Allante DeBrill, told the outlet. “My gut always leads me to the bag, and Boosie is one of the most knowledgeable OGs out here.”
Lon6z went on to note, “This just the beginning for a lot of moves coming.” He then shared, “Plus, I got a feature and hella gems, so basically, I already made that 20k and then some!”
Lon6z had dinner with Boosie after the latter wrote on Twitter on December 8, “I GOT A QUESTION FOR YALL LET SEE WHO SMART. DINNER WITH BOOSIE OR 20 THOUSAND? boosiequestions.” At that time, Lon6z replied, “F**k 20k!! What’s for dinner I’m otw,” adding several fire emojis.
The Baton Rogue native then asked Lon6z in a DM, “U SURE U DONT WANT 20 THOUSAND!?” Sticking to his choice, the latter replied, “I’m not trippin on that just let me know where to pull up.” Eventually, the 39-year-old hip-hop star told his fan to send his number so his manager would contact him for further information.
Lon6z’s choice indeed paid off. Not only did he end up having a meal with Boosie but also get a feature on the rapper’s track “Run It Up 2.0 (Boosie Alpha Initiation)”. On Wednesday, December 22, Lon6z turned to his Instagram account to share a teaser of its music video. Alongside the clip, he announced, ” ‘Run It Up’ feat. Boosie Available on all platforms.”
