Casey Batchelor shows off incredible post-baby body 12 weeks after giving birth to daughter Sadie

Casey Batchelor has shared an amazing video of her fitness progress on her Instagram story, 12 weeks after giving birth.

The mum-of-two is using her own diet fitness plan, called Yoga Blitz, to get fit again after giving birth to her second child, Sadie.

Casey, 34, took to Instagram to show off some of the amazing results she has been sent from people who had followed her plan.

And, after sharing some of other people’s progress with her 346,000 Instagram followers, she was inspired to show off her own.

In a video, she explained: “I am sharing everyone else's transformations, it's only fair for me to show you where I am at. I've just had a second baby, I've started my journey doing Yoga Blitz again. I am excited to see, fingers' crossed I get the same transformation I got last time.”

Casey is embarking on her fitness plan again after losing four stone on the programme last year following her first pregnancy with daughter Florence.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star, who previously opened up about puncturing her spine while in labour with her first child, shared a video of herself and discussed how she has been getting on with the plan.

The video shows Casey in a bra and a pair of grey jogging bottoms as she unveils her fitness progress.


She says: “So I just got out the shower. I wanted to quickly show you my postpartum belly. It’s been three months now, twelve weeks.

“I’m not doing too bad, as you can see. The belly’s still there a bit as, obviously, the uterus takes time to go down.

“But, my waist is coming back. But, I’m not doing too bad.”

“As those of you know I’ve been doing lives on my page and I’ve been doing 90 day challenge because that’s how I lost the weight last time – following the diet plan.

“So, if any of you that are doing it with me, message me send in your pictures because it’s great to have other inspiration and to know people are on the journey with you.”

Casey, who shares her two children with fiancé Dane Goodson, previously opened up on how she learned to be healthier after putting on four stone in her first pregnancy.

Speaking to OK! online last year, she said: “My first pregnancy I just sat on the sofa and ate biscuits all day and I was so unfit and so fat. It [yoga] keeps you active but not too active.”

Casey revealed she was doing yoga throughout her pregnancy as she added: “It’s not great to all of a sudden to take on full on exercising when you’re pregnant which is why yoga is good because it’s subtle.

“It also helps deal with stress as well which is really good for labour, so there’s loads of plus points to doing yoga while pregnant.”
