Russell Brand: Vanessa Feltz shares clip from 2006
Russell Brand has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse over a seven-year period, which he strongly denies.
The comedian, who was subject of a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4, has said his relationships were “always consensual”.
Celebrities including Elon Musk and Laurence Fox have since spoken out, seemingly in support of the TV star, who denied “serious criminal allegations” in a YouTube video on Friday night.
Media personality Andrew Tate, who has himself been at the centre of a criminal investigation of alleged abuses committed against seven women – accusations he has denied, took to Twitter to share his views on Brand’s situation.
He shared a cartoon meme of a knight preparing for battle, alongside the title: “On my way to fight the crazy b***h allegations.”
Tate captioned the image: “Welcome to the club Russell Brand.”

In a separate tweet, Tate responded to Brand’s video in which he denies the allegations, typing: “Matrix attack.”
Tesla and X owner Elon Musk tweeted: “He said: ‘Of course. They don’t like competition.”
Actor Laurence Fox uploaded a video questioning the allegations made against Brand, according to The Telegraph.
Fox said: “It’s fascinating to see some parts of the legacy media talking about Russell Brand like we are going to believe anything they say about anything.
“Whatever Russell Brand got up to, and I can guarantee it because I was around, everything he would have done, would have been sort of acceptable.

“Because otherwise his producers would have called him out and fired him.
“Now that may be an uncomfortable thing to deal with for people but that’s how the world was then.”
Brand’s sister-in-law, Kirsty Gallacher openly appeared to show her support for the comic by sharing his video to her Instagram Story accompanied by a red love heart emoji.
Gallacher, who is best known for her work on Sky Sports, later deleted the post.
In a video shared on Twitter, media personality Katie Hopkins claimed: “You don’t have to support Russell, you don’t have to love Russell… but please see what is being done to him. They want to eviscerate him from the planet and I know it personally, they will keep coming until he swings from a tree.”
“One day they’ll be coming for you,”Trump Jr wrote in a caption. “I don’t believe in this much coincidence and neither should you.”
