2020 is coming up Demi Lovato.
Not only will the 27-year-old pop star be performing at the Grammys this year and singing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 2020, Lovato is gearing up to release a new album, a source close to Lovato confirmed to Page Six. It’ll be her first foray into new music since she nearly died from a drug overdose in July 2018.
The new music will reportedly explore her overdose, her time in rehab and her struggles with sobriety, TMZ reported.
In December, the “Sorry Not Sorry” songstress announced a hiatus from social media by teasing new music and her performances.
“The next time you hear from me, I’ll be singing…,” she posted on Instagram before going dark.
