Ed Sheeran has nabbed the title of Britain’s richest celebrity under the age of 30 after Adele turned 31 and no longer qualified for the list.
The 28-year-old musician topped the annual list, compiled by Heat Magazine, with a fortune of £170million – almost twice as much as his 2018 value.
The list of the nation’s wealthiest young stars is made up of well-known musicians, film stars, models and TV personalities.
Coming in second for 2019 is 30-year-old actor Daniel Radcliffe with a fortune of £90million, mostly made up from his Harry Potter franchise earnings.
The top five is completed by 25-year-old Harry Styles with £64million, 29-year-old actress Emma Watson with £57million and 26-year-old Irishman Niall Horan with £54.8million in the bank.
Former One Direction star Harry’s fortune is made of income from his 1D days, his solo career and a deal with Gucci.
Stormzy and Dua Lipa are this year’s highest ranking new entries to the annual rich list, coming in at 14th and 15th place respectively with fortunes of £12million and £11.8million each.
Just missing out on a top five spot are the Little Mix girls, with a combined fortune of £50million.
One Direction stars Louis Tomlinson (£46million), Liam Payne (£44million) and Zayn Malik (£38million) came in at 7th, 8th and 10th place respectively.
Supermodel Cara Delevingne is the only other woman to feature in the top ten with a fortune of £39.5million.
While seen as unlucky for some, 13th place was occupied by Rita Ora who is rumoured to have £17.8million in the bank.
British stars Sophie Turner (£8.5million) and Dev Patel (£7.5million) made it into 17th and 20th place respectively with fortunes from their blossoming acting careers.
TOWIE star and businesswoman Sam Faiers was the highest earning reality star, bagging £6.3million, with former Love Island stars Olivia and Alex Bowen on the list with £4.3million.
Globally, Kylie Jenner continues to reign supreme taking home an eye-watering fortune of £736million over the last 12 months.
Also featuring in the top earning global youngsters are Taylor Swift with £319million, Justin Bieber with £272million, Miley Cyrus with £175million and Jennifer Lawrence with £105 million.
Zoella topped the list of the richest female social influencers, with the 29-year-old pocketing £4.7million.
Instagram sensation and queen of clean Mrs Hitch came in 5th with a million pounds in the bank.
