Ferne McCann looked simply sensational as she shared a before and after of her body after taking part in a 21 day fitness challenge.
The former TOWIE star, who is known for her love of fitness, shared a snap of her sculpted physique after sharing the results of her journey.
Mother-of-one Ferne, 29, posed in a sports bra and underwear as she flaunted her toned body in the transformation snap.

The reality star also shared a side-by-side snap of herself shortly after she welcomed her daughter Sunday into the world two years ago.
Ferne wrote alongside the snaps: “My 21 day challenge results. Ok so I was dubious to post these pics. Because trust me I have studied them over & over thinking is there any point.
“Let me put one thing straight without sounding like I’m blowing my own trumpet, I have worked so god dam hard the last 21 days. I haven’t had a drop of alcohol (which is a big deal for me) I know there was no weight to loose BUT I have trained & pushed myself like you wouldn’t believe. The pic on the left I’m proud of.”

Ferne then credited Herbalife for aiding in her weight loss, writing: “Because of #herbalife I have been in great shape and sustained this body shape for the best part of 2 & a half years BUT I have been regurgitating my original ‘glory story’ (in the pink crop top from where I lost my baby weight) which don’t get me wrong I’m proud of these results but knew the pressure was on to get a better, new result.
“After non stop fridge raiding since the start of lockdown & drowning my sorrows I knew I wanted to get serious. So here I am…NO editing & no filter. Pure hard work & sticking to my PLAN.
She added:”My legs & bum have got slightly bigger but you know what I’m proud because they are now defined (down to every SINGLE day squating in Our challenge group motivating our challengers.)”.

It comes after Ferne wowed fans by showing off her dramatically shorter hair after taking her extensions out for the first time.
Ferne, who recently split from city trader boyfriend Albie Gibbs, took to her Instagram feed to share an incredible compilation of four snaps to show off her new 'do.
The photos see the First Time Mum star posing for the camera as she dons a stunning sky blue and white tie-dye style top. Happy with the result, she captioned it: "Me with no stennies x 4," [sic] with a smiley face emoji.

She then explained that this was the first time she's properly taken her extensions out in years as she continued: "Never did I think I would ever be extension free after 7 years…. #lockdown has saved my hair. [sic]
"And to all my girls who have suffered with broken, bleached, hair you will feel me," [sic] alongside a celebration hands emoji.
