Harvey Weinstein‘s trial has found five jurors.
The people – three men, and two women – were selected to serve on the jury in the producer’s criminal trial in New York County on Thursday (January 16).
As far as the racial makeup of the jury thus far, “one of the men is African-American and two are Caucasian. Both women are African-American,” THR reports.
A total of 12 jurors and six alternate jurors will be picked, with opening statements set to begin on January 22.
The picks come after more than a week of selecting potential jurors out of a pool of 120 people, brought together from 608 people called in as prospective jurors.
