Gail Porter has been pictured re-enacting the moment she was hit in the face outside her home on Saturday night.
The 51 year old was punched in the jaw as she attempted to stop two women scuffling outside her London flat.
Gail said she was left “shaken” as she shared the update of her attack on social media afterwards on Saturday, telling followers: “Please remind me…when two women are fighting outside my home… don’t go out and try and make peace.
“At home now with a punch to the jaw. Got to love London.
“And…I was always taught, as being trained in martial arts. Never respond. Hold your guard and be kind.”
Gail managed to make light of the situation days later, as she was seen putting on a brave face in front of friends outside Little Italy restaurant in London’s Soho this week.
The star was photographed giving her pals a blow-by-blow account of how the attack went down as she performed the incident for them over champagne drinks.
Gail admitted to feeling “anxious” before heading out with her friends in a photo she tweeted beforehand, however appeared fine later during the evening outing.
It looked like laughter was all the medicine Gail needed, as she was seen after her re-enactment in hysterics with a handsome bearded man at the establishment.
Fans shared their concern for the TV host following the incident, and posted their well wishes.
Gail reassured them that she will be ok, as she responded: “I’m Scottish. I can get over it. But it did break my spirit.
“I just wanted to calm it down as it was upsetting the neighbours,’ the star went on. ‘You know me. Just wanted to keep the peace.”
She added: “But…Today is a beautiful day and is was a sucker punch. No harm done. I didn’t really feel it. Being Scottish and all. But have a wonderful afternoon xxx.”
Gail’s incident in the capital comes after recently she spoke about her experience living in London compared to Edinburgh, Scotland, where she is originally from.
Gail told Metro.co.uk: “I’ve lived here for years and I’ll probably always live here but I’m originally from Edinburgh, which is a fabulous city.
“I still call that home even though I’ve been in London for so long now, but it’s so expensive I can hardly afford to go back anymore. I looked at booking an Airbnb up there last year and it’s just gone mad. It is fabulous, though.”
