Emma McVey has revealed her one year old son had to be taken to hospital during her and Gaz Beadle’s gender reveal party.
The model, who is currently expecting her second child with the former Geordie Shore star, 31, took to Instagram to reveal the pair’s little one had to be rushed to hospital after suffering an ear and bladder infection.
Emma – who is expecting a little girl with Gaz – posted a picture of her young son as she updated fans on his condition.
She captioned the sweet snap: “Gender reveal ended in little monkey at the hospital! Antibiotics and back to his usual self in to time hopefully.”
Emma later took to Instagram to slam troll comments who gave her “grief” for her earlier post.
She wrote: “For all the absolute idiots trying to give me grief. I took Chester to the doctors Monday, but did they listen? No. I’m just an over-cautious mum. ‘He has a slight ear infection but doesn’t need antibiotics’.

“Yesterday I knew he was’t right, he has an ear infection and bladder infection so finally letting us have antibiotics.
“He was running around yesterday and everyone thought he was fine, I’m not stupid and I know my child.
“He was distracted, and that’s why he seemed ‘fine’. So no I didn’t make him stay at the party, I left my own party before everyone else to get him properly checked.”
The happy couple had excitedly revealed earlier in the day that they were expecting a baby girl together.
Gaz wrote: “WOW it's a…… total shock but absolutely buzzing little family complete. Also so happy for @emma_jane1392.
“So special to have Chester there with us… the life journey continues…. now just need names!” [sic]
"I don’t think we have EVER been so shocked…our little family is complete,” Emma added.
