Gemma Collins gave fans a further glimpse at fiancé Rami Hawash’s horrific eye injury as she spoke of her worry over him in a post on Thursday.
The 41 year old shared a couple of photos of the injury up close as she told followers she’d had a “bad week” of sleepless nights stressing over her partner since he returned home.
In the pictures Gemma posted on Instagram Stories, Rami is seen barely able to keep his injured eye open with it appearing severely bruised, bloodied and swollen.
“It’s been one hell of a week,” the TOWIE star captioned.
“Good to have Rami home today. It’s been a very upsetting time for us, scary worring, no sleep. Please God he will be ok.”
The extent of the swelling in Rami’s eye could be seen more clearly in the second photo shared taken of his side profile, as Gemma thanked Queen’s Hospital for looking after him.
“Get well soon!” She added in good will to her fiancé.
Gemma revealed earlier this month that Rami had been involved in a serious accident at work that left his eye badly damaged and in need of surgery as she posted a selfie with him where he also displayed a deep cut on his nose bridge.
She mentioned that she’d feel better about the car repairs company owner’s injury after surgery on his eye was completed.
Following on from his accident, Rami has since been seen out and about with fiancée Gemma sporting a medical eye patch.
More recently he was pictured without his patch at home appearing in happier spirits despite the painful-looking injury.
In another snap shared by Gemma on Thursday, Rami was seen continuing on in a better mood as he was pictured smiling sat outdoors with friend Harry Derbridge next to a glass of bubbly.
The reality star’s emotional post over fiancé Rami comes after the couple enjoyed a date night as they went to see Matt Goss perform at the London Palladium last weekend.
The pair were pictured looking more loved-up with each other than other as the arrived at the event arm-in-arm.
Gemma recently spoke of seeing herself having children with Rami as she told OK! back in February: “I’m desperate to have a baby at some point this year.
“I definitely see Rami as my life partner. I feel he’s the right person for me to have children with.”
