Holly Hagan has candidly opened up about how her life used to be a "hell hole".
The former Geordie Shore star, 26, told young fans that they shouldn't rush growing up as she gave them some important advice.
Taking to Twitter to share a post about feeling more confident with age, Holly was quick to urge fans not to wish their youth away.
"When people say “I’d love to go back to school” or “I wish I was 18 again” Jesus NO you couldn’t pay me to go back to that hell hole that was my life," she wrote.
"Ageing brings confidence, contentment, self love, its the most amazing thing".
As she shared the post, fans flocked to agree with Holly.
One wrote: "Agree completely! I remember crying on my 30th birthday as I thought I was getting old, but I’m 36 now and honestly my 30’s have been my best years! I finally accept myself as I am and feel much more confident than when I was younger xx".
While another chipped in: "It’s true life does get better as you get older and u get wiser x".
The Geordie star is often open about her personal struggles and mental health, admitting that while on MTV's Geordie Shore her anxiety sometimes got the better of her.
Sharing a post where she beamed next to best friend Charlotte Crosby, Holly said: "This day and these photos will forever stick out for me. Look how happy I am and how much fun we're having!
"5 minutes before this was taken I was in charlottes arms unable to breath having one of the biggest panic attacks of my life.
"I'd say this was the height of my anxiety but to look at me would you ever have even known?"
She went on to tell fans that things would get better.
"There's always someone listening whatever you're going through you are NOT ALONE," she signed off.
