She was a late arrival heading into the brand new All Stars series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in South Africa.
And Gillian McKeith’s return to the jungle has certainly had fans talking, with her new hairstyle particularly being a point of conversation amongst viewers.
The TV star, 63, had her blonde locks completely twisted into woven braids, a style which has famously been worn in the jungle by Katie Price almost 20 years ago.
Many took to Twitter to make the comparison, as others poked fun at her look and dubbed it old fashioned.
Proving controversial, one fan even declared that they would be ‘making an ‘What in the 2004?’:complaint’ against the look .

Gillian entered the jungle at the tailend of Monday night’s episode, leaving fans surprised at her brand new look.
She appeared to be chanelling glamour model Katie’s iconic style, which she rocked during her original jungle appearance in 2004.
‘Obsessed with Gillian McKeith chanelling Katie Price’s #imaceleb hairstyle from 2004,’ wrote one fan on twitter.
While others compared her to Beyonce in the video for her hit Lemonade, as some dubbed the look ‘outdated’ and asked her to go ‘back to the 70s’.
One viewer wrote: ‘Considering penning a complaint to Ofcom about Gillian McKeith’s hair’.
But talking to MailOnline this week, Gillian explained that the reason behind her hairstyle in the pre-recorded show ran deeper than vanity.
13 years after first appearing on the show, she insists the distinctive style has less to do with fashion and more to do with the hard lessons meted out during her former stay in the Australian jungle.
She told MailOnline: ‘I was bitten by a tick back in 2010. I have quite thick hair and it burrowed under my hair at the neck, so I thought I’m not doing that again.

‘The tick bite was very painful. It stuck its pincer into my neck under the hair. It was like being sliced with a razor sharp knife.’
The former You Are What You Eat host credits the show’s resident medic Bob McCarron for removing the bug – and took every precaution to ensure history didn’t repeat itself in South Africa.
She added: ‘Thank goodness for Bob – my saviour. But I didn’t want to risk being attacked by a tick again, so I thought I’m going to put my hair in plaits.’
