“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jackie Goldschneider recently raised eyebrows when she proclaimed on the show that “Jewish girls don’t give b—–bs.”
Her announcement was met with disbelief on the after-show from fellow “Housewives” Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs while Goldschneider elaborated, explaining, “To me personally, I think it’s freaking gross. My husband spends half the day in the bathroom and I don’t want to go down on him after that.”
Page Six caught up with the 43-year-old at the Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards at Jazz at Lincoln Center and couldn’t resist asking if her edict still held true.
“I will say that we’ve been discussing,” she admitted. “We’re open to a resolution. We’ve been putting our heads together to find a resolution.”
When we pressed her further on what a resolution would entail, Goldschneider demurred.
“I can’t say this in Page Six,” she exclaimed. “If my husband reads that in the newspaper, he’ll get really upset.”
On a more serious note, the reality star, who has been open about suffering from an eating disorder, discussed how she talks to her kids about healthy eating.
“I didn’t really recover until like maybe six years ago and I still have some issues,” she noted. “So my conversations about food really changed because I feel like they spent a few years watching me have some really unhealthy habits.
“So I make sure that they know they can eat not-so-healthy foods sometimes, just not all the time. I stress the importance of physical exercise, which is why they’re always outside playing. I just really model healthy eating because I feel like they watch more, they take that in more than your words.”
