Justin Bieber Shares Throwback Picture of Himself and Hailey Baldwin Ahead of Their Wedding

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are gearing up for another important chapter in their love story this weekend.

The couple have been legally married for about a year now, since tying the knot in a low-key courthouse ceremony last fall, but this weekend, Mr. and Mrs. Bieber are preparing to walk down the aisle and declare their love in front of family and friends in a religious ceremony.

In honor of the upcoming ceremony, which is reportedly scheduled to take place Monday, September 30 at the swanky Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel in Bluffton, South Carolina, Bieber shared a throwback picture of himself and Baldwin from way, way back in the day.

The pair first met in 2009, when Bieber was 15 and Baldwin was 13 and her dad, Stephen Baldwin, introduced them backstage at the Today show. The moment (and Hailey’s obvious embarrassment at having her dad just walk up and start chatting up a huge pop star) was caught on film and commemorated for all time:

Bieber’s throwback appears to be from around the same time, in his and Hailey’s early teens, long before they were first linked romantically in 2015.

My wife and I 🙂 where it all began

“My wife and I 🙂 where it all began,” he wrote in the photo’s caption.

Several of the couple’s friends and family members weighed in on the photo in the comments, with the overwhelming sentiment being that A.) Justin and Hailey (and their love story) are the cutest and B.) It’s mind-blowingly cool that they have a picture of themselves from years before their love blossomed.

The couple’s good friend Kylie Jenner wrote, “This is amazing.”

Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette gave the picture the parental seal of approval, writing, “Oh my heart 😍 How adorable!”

And Machine Gun Kelly summed up the overwhelming coolness of the photo’s existence with a simple head exploding emoji.

We can’t wait for more details about this 10-years-in-the-making wedding weekend to emerge.
