AceShowbiz –Kanye West desperately wants to save his marriage to Kim Kardashian. On Thursday, November 25, the “Donda” musician reflected on his troubled marriage in a lengthy Instagram post in which he shared his Thanksgiving prayer.
“Hello, my name is Ye and this is my super super super super super long Thanksgiving prayer,” the 44-year-old rapper began saying in the video which also featured the Sunday Service choir singing. “On this Thanksgiving, I’m so thankful for family, my blood family, my fans, and our haters – we love you too, on Thanksgiving and Christmas morning, not the night before or the day, just the morning.”
He went on to say, “All I think about every day is how I get my family back together and how I heal the pain that I’ve caused. I take accountability for my actions.”
The Yeezy designer then addressed his presidential run, saying, “Good Lord, my wife did not like me wearing the red [Make America Great Again] hat. Being a good wife, she just wanted to protect me and our family. I made me and our family a target by not aligning with Hollywood’s political stance, and that was hard for our marriage.”
“Then I ran for president without proper preparation and no allies on either side,” Ye continued. “I embarrassed my wife in the way that I presented information about our family during the one and thank God only press conference.”
Further getting candid, Ye went on to share, “I went into a manic episode in 2016 and I was placed under heavy medication. Since then I went on and off the medication which left me susceptible to other episodes which my wife and family and fans have had to endure.”
The post arrived a few days after the rapper revealed his desire to reconcile with his estranged wife Kim. “We’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband, but right now today, for whatever reason – I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic — but I’m here to change the narrative,” he said when he visited Skid Row in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday.
Unfortunately, it seemingly is a bit too late for Kanye. Kim has been rumored to be dating Pete Davidson as they were snapped hanging out together in multiple occasions in the recent days.
