Kate Hudson and older brother Oliver Hudson have jumped into the world of podcasting.
The actor siblings launched a podcast Monday called “Sibling Revelry,” which “explores the sibling bond, family dynamics, the human mind, body, and so much more,” according to a description of the show. On the podcast, they’ll interview other siblings, as well as people “we’re fascinated by,” Kate says in a promo for the podcast, plus delve into their Hollywood family’s dynamic and history.
“We come from a patchwork family, fully patchwork. … our mom, Goldie Hawn and Bill Hudson got together for a couple years, banged out two years, then called it,” Kate says in the first episode.
Hawn, 73, has been with Kurt Russell since 1983 — and Kate, 40, and Oliver, 43, speak about the beginning of the couple’s relationship in the first episode and how the families became integrated.
“Being able to talk about the past and how we grew up and what we meant to each other has given me a deeper understanding of us, as siblings, as best friends, as parents,” Oliver wrote on Instagram over the weekend announcing the podcast. “Every time we sit down and get into it I learn something new.”
