Katie Price was seen heavily bandaged, bloody and bruised following extensive surgery on her face in Turkey.
The mum-of-five diced with death as she went under the knife yet again to have another face life and an eye lift., the bum lift she had previously reversed and her breasts reduced to a D-cup.
It was only a matter of months ago that Katie, 41, had jetted into to Turkey to undergo a total body overhaul but she's been vocal about how unhappy she was with the results and wanted corrective surgery.
Katie's breast reduction will be her 11th boob job over the past couple of decades, and she's been warned that every time she goes under anaesthesia she runs the risk of dying.
Her love for surgery has not got unnoticed by her worried family, as sources recently told the Sun that her mum Amy is desperate for her daughter to 'cure her addiction' .
Katie jetted into Turkey with her fiancée Kris Boyson – who got his own half-price nose job – last week for her latest round of cosmetic surgery.
The former glamour model emerged from the clinic in Turkey following the multiple surgeries with a black compress wrapped tightly around her head.
Her eyes were barely open as she was guided by an assistant just behind her other half who also had a bandage across his nose.
Katie invited cameras into film the gruesome facelift procedure which showed her skin being sliced open and her facial tissue being pulled taut.
Surgeons made an incision by the side of her ear and across her hairline to achieve the desired look.
Breathing apparatus was carefully attached to the reality star as her swollen face was operated on.
Mirror Online have contacted Katie's reps for comment.
Katie's latest round of surgery comes three months after she had a face, eyelift as well as liposuction and a bum lift but returned to have the fat she had put in her behind removed.
A source told the Sun that he "thought it made her look too big" and has put a huge strain on her body by going under the knife so soon after her last surgery.
It's not only Katie's family that are worried but also top surgeons have been lining up to tell Katie she must calm it down or risk losing her life.
“It is not advisable to have more than three invasive facial procedures,” top doc Dr Aamer Khan said.
Katie has repeatedly denied she is addicted to surgery but is constantly striving for what she sees as 'perfection', but told the Mirror's We Love TV magazine that she will "never stop" having plastic surgery.
"I love seeing results after surgery and I will always want to change something else.
"Doesn't everyone? I love it!"
When asked if she will ever stop having surgery she replied: "No! Haha."
She added: "I am trying my best to enjoy being the best version of myself. I just always want to be perfect."
