Lauren Goodger has been photographed enjoying a walk after flaunting her curves earlier this week.
The 33 yer old former The Only Way Is Essex star has been snapped wearing black workout gear while taking her one hour of daily exercise.
Lauren tied her hair up in a high bun and wore a black vest top which she matched with a pair of black figure-hugging leggings, to show off her peachy bum, and burgundy trainers.
The reality star accessories her look with a pair of large sunglasses and a small Prada cross body handbag.
She was all smiles as she strolled through Epping Forest, which is around three miles from her home.
Lauren, who was rumoured to be appearing on the TOWIE 10 year special which has since been cancelled, appeared to be putting the work in as the walked briskly uphill in the April sunshine.
Clearly enjoying their exercise session, Lauren was smiling widely as walked around the open space.
Another snap shows Lauren on the phone as she walks through the grass.
While, a later image gives a view of Lauren’s peachy bottom as she walks up a hill.
Since being in lockdown, Lauren has been focussing on her fitness and recently shared a photo of herself to urge her fans to follow her health page.
As she pasted a photo of herself sitting on her cream carpeted floor while holding a large bowl, she wrote in the caption: “Follow my lifestyle everyone has been following me for years on this subject and I’m opening new doors new things and different ways of feeling good and confident !”
It comes after Lauren, who recently praised the NHS after telling an NHS worker to shut up, revealed her friend’s 28 year old pal had died after contracting coronavirus.
The former TOWIE star took to social media to share a photo of a man, known as “Spud”, who is said to have passed away last month.
Lauren shared the image of the man, who is said to be 28 years old, on her Instagram story.
The screenshot of the post read: “Rest in Peace Spud. This virus is real, and it’s spreading. PLEASE STAY AT HOME PEOPLE.”
Alongside the image, the reality star wrote: “So sad. Friend of a friend died yesterday from Islington.
“He caught the virus from hospital and didn’t make it.”
Lauren then urged fans to “keep safe and clean”.
