Lydia Bright has revealed that she has already returned to work a couple of weeks after giving birth to daughter Loretta Rose.
However, the TOWIE star was quick to point out in the Instagram post that she was “fortunate” enought to be able to bring the newborn tot along with her.
Helped by her mum Debbie, Lydia filmed a segment for ITV’s Lorraine, explaining that it was easy for her to break off and breastfeed Loretta and “shower her with kisses”.
“Back filming on the small screen. Little Loretta came to work with mummy and watched on behind the cameras with nanny,” the first-time mum wrote.

“I am back working a few days a week, which some may feel is too soon. However I feel very fortunate that my daughter can come along with me and @xdebbietowiex is always close by.”
Lydia then shared some wise words from her mum: “We had a few stop starts so I could breastfeed and shower her with kisses.
“But my mum always says a baby should slot into your life not you slot into theirs and Loretta has been the dream since she has been born and has slotted in perfectly.”
Many of her followers took to her comments to praise her for being so open: “You do what suits you… every single person is different.”
Another wrote: “Good on you Lydia, your work provides a good life for Loretta, just make sure to rest when you need to.”
“U do what’s perfect for u… u have a lovely supportive mum… all the best and be happy,” added one.
“Nothing is too soon/too late/too this/too that if it’s right for you and your family, mama knows best,” wrote another fan.
Lydia has been sharing a candid look into life as a new mum after giving birth to Loretta, who she shares with her ex Lee Cronin.
Most recently the mum-of-one posted an adorable snap of her breastfeeding Loretta with a snippet of the sky visible above her through a skylight.

Writing on the sky portion of the photo Lydia said her daughter was “constantly feeding".
The day before Lydia posted a photo of grinning broadly as she used her pram for the first time to take Loretta out for a walk to meet Debbie.
The new mum has already been busy since welcoming her first child, revealing she had even put Loretta’s name down at her chosen nursery ready for her to start in 2022.
Proving how incredibly organised she is Lydia explained that she’d handed in the forms in a short clip with Loretta crying in the background, she added: “I promise she is happy about it.”
