Miley Cyrus covered Metallica‘s “Nothing Else Matters” and Nine Inch Nails‘ “Head Like A Hole” during her performance at the Glastonbury Festival last weekend.
Reports said Cyrus also worked a bit of Led Zeppelin‘s “Black Dog” into her new single, “Mother’s Daughter,” and covered Dolly Parton‘s classic “Jolene.”
This isn’t the first time the pop singer has covered hard rock songs. Previously, Cyrus covered the Nine Inch Nails hit in the Netflix series “Black Mirror.”
In January, she covered Chris Cornell‘s “Two Drink Minimum” and Temple Of The Dog‘s “Say Hello 2 Heaven” at a tribute concert to the late Soundgarden singer.
Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich praised the singer for her covers after the Cornell tribute show, writing on Instagram, “Miley, still stunned by your next level version of Say Hello 2 Heaven for Chris! Beyond inspiring.”
