Olivia has always been very open and honest with her social media followers about how she is feeling, having previously explained she suffers from anxiety and has good days and bad days.
The star also recently opened up on the topic in an interview with new magazine alongside husband Alex Bowen, who she met on the ITV2 reality show back in 2016.
Asked how she was coping with everything at the moment, Olivia replied that she takes each day as it comes and has started to notice a difference in the way she feels as each year passes.
“I’m definitely getting to grips with it. As I get older, I see it differently and learn how my body works. I’ve learnt different techniques to control it,” she revealed.
She went on to say that if everyone was completely honest about how they are feeling, it would encourage others to open up.
The Second Chance Dresses host explained: “But I did really suffer – I had bad panic attacks a lot. It’s a learning curve and if everyone’s really open with each other we can learn so much more.”
