Piers Morgan, 54, had a competitive spat with This Morning’s Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield at the TV Choice Awards earlier this month.
At the event, Piers wrote in his Event Magazine column, he “hissed” at Holly as they exchanged “fake showbiz air-kisses”.
He said he told her “you’re going down this time,” to which he said she replied: “I’m SURE you’ll win, Piers. You SO deserve to.”
However, Good Morning Britain lost out to their fellow ITV show and when This Morning went to the stage to collect the gong, Piers said Holly looked at him and “winked”.
I hate you, you snivelling little b*******

It was then the presenter’s turn to take to the stage to give host, Lorraine Kelly, a special award.
Piers wrote: “By the time I got up to present Lorraine with her award, my veins were surging with enraged nausea. ‘Congratulations to This Morning,’ I said. ‘If anybody loves you guys more than you love yourselves, it’s me’.”
In a surprise outburst, the star went on: “’Actually, I don’t love you at all. I hate you, you snivelling little b*******.
“Every time we come to these things, I’m told it’s our time. It’s never our time. It’s always their time. F*** you and f*** your awards’.”
Piers said there was a stunned silence in the room before he was met with “raucous laughter”.
He added: “‘We’re all part of one big family? Are we f***!’”
Piers said after he made a quick exit, he received a text from Holly saying: ‘LOVE you!’ it read, with five smirking emojis.”
Meanwhile, Piers is currently recovering with a knee injury and yesterday, he explained he has acute quadriceps tendonitis.
Piers said he had an ultrasound to determine what’s wrong with his joint.
The star, who recently interviewed Cristiano Ronaldo, asked his fans for advice as he wants to ensure he’s able to take part in a golf tournament next week.
Today, the father-of-four uploaded a picture of his knee with a support on it and wrote: “The battle for @dunhilllinks continues…”
And, Piers doesn’t seem to be enjoying the relaxing period as he raged online about his injury.
In response to a tweet by Jake Humphrys, who shared a positive about having positive energy, Piers vented: “Yeah, try having a BRILLIANT positive Sunday with raging knee tendonitis, Mr Happy…
“Because right now, I feel murderous.”
No doubt Piers will be sharing his anger about his injury to Good Morning Britain fans tomorrow morning.
Good Morning Britain airs on ITV from 6am tomorrow.
