Hip-hop bad boy Tyler, The Creator was forced to cancel his first show in the U.K. since he was banned from the country in 2015 due to safety concerns.
The unruly crowd at the surprise show in London was shut down by the police not long after it started.
“Too rowdy, cops canceled it, go home, i tried, the gate climbing nail in the coffin, they go nervous, too bad was a cool idea,” Tyler shared in a tweet that he has since deleted.
Tyler later took to Twitter to reveal that he will be performing at London’s O2 Brixton Academy on September 16 and 17, with tickets going on sale on Friday, May 24.
The singer recently released his fifth studio album, Igor, featuring collaborations with stars of the likes of Kanye West, Playboi Carti and A$AP Rocky, among others.
