No taxation without representation, right Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?
A Long Island-based property tax consulting company offered the Duke and Duchess of Sussex upwards of $1 million dollars to be its post-royal representatives.
“You don’t have to live in a castle to save money,” Property Tax Reduction Consultants CEO Sean Acosta told The Post.
Though he suspects that Harry has never seen a tax bill, Acosta said the duo can lean on their philanthropy background in what could be their first post-Megxit gig.
“They would be able to get some low property taxes for people — they’d be using their abilities,” Acosta said.
The lucrative deal could involve a Super Bowl commercial in which the couple sheds their royal robes and takes on the less-glamorous issue of taxes, he said.
“They can turn in their royal robe for a cape,” Acosta said, suggesting that they star as the Batman and Robin of saving taxes.
Acosta said he envisions the partnership as a 10-year deal that includes Long Island Expressway billboards, infomercials and ads at Yankee Stadium.
“We would put them on the top of every taxi in New York City, on the side of every bus,” Acosta said.
He said the former royals have the star power to “make taxes sexy again” and that the goal would be, “When you think Harry and you think Meghan, you think taxes.”
