Rebekah Vardy welcomed her fifth child, daughter Olivia Grace, five weeks ago and has admitted that she is “knackered” as she takes care of her new bundle of joy.
Rebekah, 37, candidly opened up on how she is struggling with a lack of sleep and the guilt that she feels for considering stopping breastfeeding after finding it tough.
The WAG shared a gorgeous black-and-white snap of herself holding baby Olivia in a sling on her Instagram, as she wrote: “Sometimes all you need is to be held close and to keep them quiet!

“Nearly 5wks and going through that don’t put me down Mummy stage!
“Wow it’s hard work… I’m knackered and reminiscing about sleep. breastfeeding is killing me off (it’s really not easy) and anyone who tells you otherwise is LYING but I feel this overwhelming guilt if I stop!
“I know lots of Mum’s feel this way and we really shouldn’t! who said newborns and motherhood was easy #postpartum.”
Rebekah’s followers responded to her honest post with supportive messages, as one person wrote: “I stopped at 4 months and refused to feel guilty, it was that or have a nervous breakdown.”
Another follower wrote: “Hi Becky, I’m an ex Neonatal Nurse and under no circumstances should you fell guilty. You have given your baby the best start in life but maybe the time has come to give something back to yourself. Do what’s best for you as well as your baby x.”
Meanwhile a third fan wrote: “Very new mum can relate. It’s by far the hardest bust most rewarding job xx.”
The X Factor star Sam Bailey also wrote: “You’re doing a lot better than I did with my 3! Well done hun xx it is really hard and sometime midwives can be a bit pushy!! My advice for any women out there is to Listen to your own body and don’t feel guilty! You need to be healthy and be in a good mindset!”

The couple have daughter Sofia, five, together and son Finlay, two, together.
Rebekah also has two children, 11 year old Megan and six year old Taylor from previous relationships. Meanwhile, Jamie has five year old daughter Ella from his relationship with Emma Dagger.
