Rochelle Humes has revealed she suffered from hair loss following the birth of her son Blake back in October 2020.
The 32 year old, who is coming out with her own cookbook, took to her Instagram stories on Tuesday 20 July to speak out on how she managed to bring life back to her brunette locks.
The star explained that one month before welcoming her baby boy, she went out to look for supplements that could help her tackle her hair loss problem as she had already experienced it when she had her daughters Alaia-Mai, eight, and four year old Valentina.
She said: "I asked you guys what hair supplements and vitamins you found really useful postpartum because you know you dread that bit don't you around five-ish months where you get that…
"You know it's going to happen, but third baby in I'm kind of a bit wiser to it and I wanted to start on a course of good supplements that Blake kindly took out, love you Blake."
She went on to explain that she hosted a Q&A session with her 2.1million followers and it was "a unanimous answer" where everyone recommended JSHealth Vitamins.
Rochelle, whose husband recently said their daughters are like "second mums" to son Blake, continued: "And so I followed them and then, as this always happens in life, I notice everyone else is talking about them."
After buying the supplements, the mum-of-three said she was left very impressed by how her tresses had improved.
Now, she's become the company's brand ambassador and said she's "so, so excited" as she doesn't "do things I don't believe in."

She went on: "It's more than ever so important to take care of your insides, and this last year I've found it helps…I have felt so much better because of it."
It comes as Rochelle's 36 year old husband Marvin recently announced they are planning on having a second wedding to mark their milestone 10 year anniversary in 2022.
The JLS star and Rochelle first met when they were in their late teens, both finding their footing as part of pop bands. After hitting it off, they began dating in 2010 and moved in together just three months later.

Marvin proposed to his significant other Rochelle on the Caribbean Island of Antigua on New Years Eve in 2011 and in less than a year the pair tied the knot in July 2012 at Blenheim Palace.
Since then, they've welcomed three child and now Marvin has revealed he's planning on getting his other half to walk down the aisle for a second time and will even get their kids involved as they renew their vows.
When asked if they're planning "anything special" for their anniversary, Marvin told The Mirror: "Definitely. We want another wedding, a vow renewal, so we’re making plans. It would be great for the kids to be there. We want a big party."
