More artists, including Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Camila Cabello, and Shawn Mendes, have been added to the lineup of artists to perform at “One World: Together At Home.”
Céline Dion, Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Lopez, Lupita Nyong’o, Oprah Winfrey, Pharrell Williams, and Sam Smith have also joined the lineup.
Curated in collaboration with Lady Gaga, the April 18 event will be held in celebration and support of health care workers and the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization.
The special event is organized by Global Citizen. It will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon of “The Tonight Show,” Jimmy Kimmel of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” and Stephen Colbert of “The Late Show.”
“We are grateful to the private sector who have listened to the public’s call for action and come together to support the global response to COVID19. This pandemic is too large for governments to tackle alone,” said Hugh Evans, co-founder and CEO of Global Citizen.
The special will also feature appearances and musical performances by Alanis Morissette, Billie Eilish, Green Day‘s Billie Joe Armstrong, Coldplay‘s Chris Martin, Pearl Jam‘s Eddie Vedder, Elton John, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and many more.
