When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry stepped down from their roles as senior royals back in early 2020, they took a major risk. Without knowing what their next steps would be, or that a global pandemic would rock the world only a few months later, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a bold choice for the sake of themselves and their family.

Looking at their decision now, with a best-selling memoir, a hit Netflix docuseries, a star-studded Spotify podcast, and countless charitable partnerships under their belt, it’s safe to say that they made the right choice. And although their success in many projects since 2020, including Harry’s most recent edition of the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, might be an indicator as to how the two are doing since their move across the world, pictures prove it once and for all.
