Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have finally unloaded their Beverly Hills estate after a year on the market. They didn’t own the home that long, purchasing it in 2017 for $11.6 million, but it was their neighbor, WhatsApp co-founder Jan Koum, who took the property off their hands for $13.5 million — and what a stunning home to add to his 90210 real estate portfolio.
It’s unclear how much time the couple spent in this house, given the fact that their Malibu home is their main residence. But they have always invested in real estate, often flipping a property after a few years. After picking up a multi-million dollar home in Miami in December, they might have been eager to get rid of their Trousdale Estates house.
For the lucky new owner, this mid-century modern design is an absolute retreat. It’s tucked away in a lush oasis filled with resort-style amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Crawford and Gerber had plenty of room to spread out as the home has 5,386 square feet, five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. With their kids, daughter Kaia, 19, and son Presley, 22, out of the house now, they might not need as many homes in the Los Angeles area.
Don’t miss this spectacular home — especially the spa-like backyard — and don’t forget to check out more photos of the property at Dirt.
