Football legend David Beckham is famous for his ever-changing hairstyles at this point – and he’s only gone and switched things up again.
The 48-year-old former England player has had it all, from bleach-blonde locks to a man bun, a ponytail, a ‘faux hawk’, and even a real mohawk.
But he’s boasted an impressive quiff for some time now.
Out of pure boredom, though, he decided to buzz it all off.
Sharing a snap of his transformation, the doting dad-of-four gave his best Blue Steel.
‘Nothing much changes’, he joked.
‘Get bored of my hair, chop it off 😂’
The star showcased his new do on his Instagram Story, with his brunette coiffure now short again.
It seems Becks actually has more hair on his face than on his head, as he’s still rocking a beard and moustache.
His new hair actually sees him hashtag twinning with son Romeo, 20, who recently decided on the chop himself.
Sharing his own haircut to social media, the second eldest Beckham boy posed for a selfie with a caption thanking his barber for ‘helping me bring back dad’s buzz.’
Side by side with a photo of his dad back in the day, the resemblance was uncanny – but the similarities didn’t stop there.
Both father and son rocked earrings on each ear, partly shaved eyebrows, and even the same facial hair.
Dad David was quick to give his son a compliment, reposting the image and writing: ‘Looking good’.
Out of all the hairstyles he’s had over the years, though, there’s one David has admitted he regrets.
Speaking last month, the Inter Miami founder shared that his 2003 cornrows are something he wishes he didn’t opt for, after sporting them on holiday in France before flying over to South Africa for a meeting with its former President, Nelson Mandela.
David – who has been married to Spice Girl Victoria Beckham for 24 years – admitted that his styling choice would be described as ‘cultural appropriation’ nowadays.
Explaining his decision, David recalled: ‘We were there with family and one of Victoria’s friends who is a hairdresser.
‘I asked if she could do something with my hair and she said, “Do you want cornrows?” and I said, “Yeah. I don’t know what they are. But yeah.” It was painful having them done but I liked them.’
‘People ask if I have any regrets about my hairstyles and while I don’t regret any of them, I do sort of regret the cornrows,’ he added, during a talk in front of a crowd of 600 for a charity launch at St John’s Wood Synagogue in North London.
The retired footie star said that he had them put in on a Saturday and then ‘on the Monday I flew to South Africa with the England team for a match’.
He continued, via The Sun: ‘I got to meet the great Nelson Mandela. And the picture that I’ve got of Nelson Mandela is me holding his hand with cornrows in my hair. That’s my only regret.’
