With her second baby almost here, Rihanna is making some major real estate changes. In addition to buying a $21 million penthouse in Century City earlier this year, the “Lift Me Up” singer is saying goodbye to her Tudor-style Beverly Hills home listed for $10.5 million, Dirt reports.
The home, built in 1939 and bought by Rihanna almost two years ago, includes a main home and a separate guest apartment with a total of four bedrooms and five baths in over 5,000 square feet of living space.
In the main home, amenities include a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island and a breakfast nook, a family room with French doors opening to the outside, and an ultra-cozy screening room with its very own fireplace. In addition to the renovated amenities, the home’s 1930s essence continues intact with vaulted ceilings and dark wooden beams.
In the upstairs area, where the three main bedrooms are located, you’ll find the master suite decked out with a fireplace, sitting area, private balcony, clawfoot soaking tub, and marble shower.
Lastly, outside the home is a pool, a cabana perfect for entertaining with a fire pit and a half basketball court.
Check out some photos of the home below, and for more head to Dirt‘s complete coverage!
