Kim Kardashian is never one to shy away from edgy shoots, but this one really takes the biscuit.
The Kardashians star was barely recognisable in striking new fashion photos, beautifully captured in black and white.
The 42-year-old Skims founder’s long raven locks were nowhere to be seen, and in their place, Kim rocked a killer buzz cut.
Kim was also sporting glasses and pencil-thin eyebrows while flashing photographer Nadia Lee Cohen her best blue steel, and the mum of four – who donned a see-through white tank top – also showed off her new haircut from the back.
The reality star was being photographed for CR Fashion Book’s new Muses issue and this marks one of Kim’s most striking looks yet.
In fact, her new look was so drastic that some are now comparing her to her ex-husband Kanye West’s new ‘wife’ Bianca Censori, who sports a similar pixie cut and was pictured in a white vest recently.
‘This is awkward,’ one commented on Twitter, formerly known as X, alongside a photo of Bianca with a similar look to Kim.
A blurb on CR Fashion Book’s Instagram read in part: ‘Emerging from her reality TV origins, ascending to the heights of a business mogul, and pioneering groundbreaking prison reform efforts, #KimKardashian is the barrier-breaking muse of this generation redefining what it means to inspire.’
Needless to say, social media users were blown away by the images, with one person writing in response: ‘This is not her! No way!’
Another person added: ‘Emblematic’ while other comments included, ‘This is so good’ and ‘What in the Westworld sh*t is this?’
CR Fashion Book shared the new photos of Kim hours after she was spotted at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s blowout baby shower.
Kourtney, 44, is expecting her first child with her husband and Blink-182 drummer Travis, 47, following their bump reveal last June.
Ahead of welcoming their little one, soon-to-be mum-of-four Kourt put on a bash to rival the best of them and transformed her home into a Disney kingdom.
Kim and North West were out in full force and wore matching outfits that perfectly fit the theme of the day.
Tying their hair into a half up half down do, the mother and daughter duo put on leather shorts and a cropped Chanel short-sleeved cardigan – Kim in yellow, while North rocked red.
They even coordinated their shoes with the mum of four elevating her height in some black patent platform heels and North sporting similarly styled lower-heeled boots.
Sadly, Kim’s buzz cut was nowhere to be seen.
