Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney has opened up about a vicious fight between Tom Sandoval and her mother, Teri, which didn’t make it to air.
Sandoval has been making headlines around the world over his shock affair with co-star Raquel Leviss which left Ariana Madix – his girlfriend of nine years – completely broken.
Since news of their infidelity emerged, Bravo fans have been poring over season 10 episodes with a magnifying glass, looking for any evidence or clues to their behavior.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Maloney reflected on the moment her mother confronted her ex-husband Tom Schwartz for kissing Leviss – despite their agreement that they wouldn’t move on with mutual friends or castmates.
When asked if there was anything viewers didn’t see, the budding sandwich shop owner explained that Sandoval jumped into the conversation and actually lashed out at her loved one in a bid to defend his secret partner.
‘That conversation felt like it went on for an eternity,’ she told us. ‘I was just shocked, I could not believe the gall that that girl had.
‘When Tom Sandoval got involved, he was being very rude to my mom. He told her to shut up at one point.
‘My brother had to step in and tell him to not talk to her that way, not talk to me that way. It got really ugly.’
A source close to Sandoval has since denied this to Metro.co.uk.
News of the affair, which has been dubbed ‘Scandoval’, has truly rocked the Vanderpump Rules cast, after it was revealed that the pair were together for months in secret, behind Madix’s back.

Many past and present stars have rushed to support the bartender – with Jennifer Lopez, Chrishell Stause and Chrissy Teigen also sharing their thoughts publicly.
The fall-out was captured in the heated season 10 finale and has been playing out in the three-part reunion – with the last episode airing this week.
Discussing where she thinks Sandoval and Leviss can go from here, and whether they have any remorse over the situation, Maloney said: ‘From where I’m standing and just what I’ve observed, it doesn’t feel like they have a lot of remorse.
‘I think they tried to do the apology but it didn’t feel like it came from a real place. I think they’re very much trying to play victims right now. One minute Tom tries to seem contrite and then the next minute he’s angry.

‘Raquel has been off the grid and supposedly in some kind of mental health facility – I think it’s great any time someone wants to get help that they need.’
She added: ‘Time will tell but I just I don’t really see what the way forward is for either of them, because I just haven’t seen any real accountability. Yes, taking care of yourself is a great thing to do, but that doesn’t necessarily mean accountability for any hurt that you caused.
‘Honestly, I have no idea. These people, what they’ve done is just so dark and twisted that it’s a really deep hole to dig themselves out of.’
