A woman with a ‘damp’ rash has emotionally opened up about the horrific smell it leaves, making her feel ‘unhuman’.

She’s now looking for help from Dr Pimple Popper, who on this season of the TLC reality programme, has faced all sorts of skin problems, from a woman with maggots in her toes to a man with 400 tumours across his whole body.

Elsewhere, cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee helped someone with a ‘third boob’ on their shoulder, a tearful grandad with a ‘plum sized nose’ and a woman who had a piece of lead stuck in her hand for 45 years.

Dr Lee’s latest patient however has a foul odour emitting from her rash, which she compares to ‘hot garbage’.

In a preview clip for an upcoming episode, Alyse opens up about her ‘red, itchy and painful rash’.

She says: ‘If I get a nasty infection, it smells like hot garbage.

‘It’s damp and there’s goo, the smell makes me gag sometimes.’

She goes on to call her situation ’embarrassing,’ adding: ‘It makes you feel almost like unhuman.’

The clip meanwhile shows Alyse’s red and painful-looking skin, with the rash appearing to cover her upper legs and other parts of her body.

Viewers have taken to the comments to share their sympathy, with one writing: ‘I hope they figure it out for you and it gets taken care of so you can live comfortably.’

Another said: ‘This poor woman, I hope they find a diagnosis in a solution, so she can get back to living her life.’

This comes after Dr Lee helped a man whose head cysts bursts and left blood in his hat which he compared to ‘scrambled eggs shoved underneath my scalp’ with a smell ‘like death’.

‘About a month ago, I was at work, I hit it twice in one day,’ he began in a previous clip, adding that he ‘nearly knocked himself out’.

After taking off his hat, he then realised what was lurking underneath.

‘I looked inside my hat, and I had spots of blood, and pus, and all of that inside my hat.’

‘It was nasty, nasty,’ the person accompanying him adds.

The patient continues: ‘A week after that, I started smelling something. It smelt like death.

‘The smell would puke a buzzard off a gut-wagon. It looked like scrambled eggs shoved underneath my scalp.’

Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
