A SAVVY bride has revealed how she managed to snap up her dream wedding dress for just £35.
Taking to a money-saving group on Facebook, the bride explained how she managed to find the gown at her local charity shop.
"About a month ago I commented on a post about a dress bought from a charity shop," she explained.
"I commented saying how I'd bought my wedding dress from a charity shop for the bargain price of £35.
"A few people asked for a photo of it and I'm so sorry, I can't remember their names.
"Well, had another fitting today as I'm having it altered, here it is, my dream dress."
Posting two images of the stunning gown, other members of the group couldn't believe the bride had managed to snap up the dress for just £35.
The beautiful dress features a silky train, cut-out back and a lace, halterneck design.
The gown fastens with delicate buttons, with a sweetheart neckline covered by a lace overlay.
This week, the bride took to the group once again to post an update, alongside several more images of her dress on the big day itself.
"A couple of months ago, I posted a photo of my bargain wedding dress which I got for £35 in our local charity shop," she revealed.
"… Many people asked for a photo once the wedding had taken place… so here we are.
"… Best £35 I ever spent, it was my dream dress and an amazing day."
And other members of the group were stunned by the woman's find, with the post having 11,000 likes and almost 3,000 comments.
