TWO foodies have gone viral after revealing how they prepare a huge batch of pasta salad in a rather unusual container.
Cooking enthusiasts, best pals Janelle and Kate, caused quite the storm online, after sharing the recipe for their salad on TikTok.
Rather than chucking all the ingredients in a large bowl, the duo, believed to be from the US, opted for a huge ice box.
All chuffed with their dish, Janelle and Kate first started by adding a pile of cooked rainbow pasta into the red ice box, before throwing in a generous amount of chopped red onion.
Sharing the step-by-step guide in the video, the foodies then chucked in heaps of fresh veggies, including bell pepper, diced celery, as well as a bag of baby carrots they didn't bother cutting.
To give the salad more flavour, they also opted for baby plum tomatoes and black olives directly from the can.

For the dressing, however, the friends decided to go for a massive dollop of mayonnaise, some seasoning and a pack of grated cheese.
The dish, the two reckoned, was ''best way to make pasta salad''.
However, whilst the clip has gone viral on the platform, winning a whopping 1.8million views, it seems that it's cause of all the wrong reasons.
Thousands flocked to comments, where TikTok users were mortified by numerous aspects of the recipe.
