Hold Up, Louis Vuitton Is Coming Out With Nike Air Force 1s, and We Want Them All
Virgil Abloh is giving sneakerheads something to be excited about with his spring/summer 2022 men’s collection for the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton. Abloh, the brand’s artistic director for menswear, showcased his new line and, of course, our eyes zeroed in on the amazing Nike Air Force 1 trainers models wore down the runway.
The sneakers were designed in over 21 — yes, count ’em, 21 — colorways. At the moment, there are no details as to when the sneakers will be available for sale, but we’re patiently waiting. As for the inspiration, Abloh wanted to fuse “the trainer’s classic codes with the insignia and materials of Louis Vuitton in homage to the hip-hop culture that shaped him,” according to a press release.
