PARENTS are scrambling to get their hands on cut-price dummies that are scanning at just 20p at the till in a popular supermarket. 

One savvy shopper, Jasmine Marie Baker, was left open-mouthed when shopping in her local Sainsbury’s recently.


Yesterday, the bargain hunter took to Facebook, sharing a picture of the bargain buys that she spotted on sale in the much-loved high-street giant.

She shared her epic haul in the private group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, which has 2.2million members. 

Jasmine said: “Bargain of the day! 

“My little one needed some new dummies so took some to the till – marked up as £6.85 but scanning as 20p!

Jasmine’s picture shared eight packs of MAM original dummies, suitable for six months plus. 

Thanks to Jasmine’s cheap finds, she was able to save a whopping £6.65 on each pack of dummies.

Having spent just £1.60 on the eight packs of cut-price dummies, Jasmine had an overall saving of £53.20. 

So if your little one is always losing their dummies, you'll need to be quick if you want to get your hands on these cheap finds.

Jasmine shared her post just 17 hours ago, but it has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed a whopping 1,500 likes.

Parents were desperate to nab these cheap dummies and her post has now racked up over 1,300 comments.

Many social media users tagged their friends and loved ones to show them the bargain, whilst others asked family members to keep a look out for the reduced buy for them. 

One person said: “Wow great.” 

Another added: “Fantastic!!! You did right.”

A third commented: “Now this is a bargain!”

One mother noted: “Will be getting some tomorrow.”

Whilst someone else posted: “I spent a small fortune on these when my son was little…what a bargain.” 

Meanwhile, many other Facebook users were gutted that they never find bargain buys as cheap as this.
