A WOMAN who went to a new nail salon was left fuming three hours later when she ended up with a manicure that looked nothing like her inspiration picture.
Alicia took to her TikTok page to share a video she'd surreptitiously shot inside the salon as she said: "Okay. I’m the only one at this nail salon – red flag number one."
She then showed the picture she'd given them to show what she wanted – a long, French style manicure with curved edges.
"This is what I asked for. It’s been three hours," she sighed.
"What do I do? I got my toes done too, She could have just used the same method from my toes for my fingers.

In further videos on her TikTok page she went into more detail about what had happened, admitting she thought it was going to be ok because she'd asked for a "simple" design.
And while her toes had turned out well, she realised when the woman didn't use acrylic on her nails – and just used dip powder and polish – that things weren't going to get any better.
"I was like, ‘Honestly, I think we should just stop here. You did a really good job on my toes but I don’t really think we should go forward anymore with the nails.

"I will pay you for what you’ve done so far but I’m just really not liking how they’re turning out'."
The nail tech tried to convince her to let her continue on the nails, but eventually gave in, and took her to the till, where she charged her £82 for the pedicure.
She charged her a further £41 for what she'd done in the manicure.
"I was like, I just want to get the hell outta here," she sighed.
"Just take my money, I need to leave – I’m so disappointed and embarrassed.
"Worst nail experience I have ever had in my entire life."
Once she got home, she wasted no time in cutting the nails off.
"I’m just confused on how a pedicure was $100 and wasn’t even gel. Lol girl you are too nice haha," one wrote.
"GIRL!" a second added.
"You should not have paid for $150 for that. Omgg im so sorry dude."
