A FOOD fan has revealed that she took a trip to the UK’s first ever air fryer restaurant and was left totally stunned.
The air fryer fan explained that not only was the menu epic and the dishes delicious, but she explained that they also shared their top tips to buy a bargain cooker.
Sharing a closer look at the dining experience on social media, the woman, who is known online as ‘Air Fryer Girl’, explained: “The UK’s first AIR FRYER Restaurant! 'AIR' by eBay.”
Documenting her visit to AIR, a pop-up restaurant presented by Refurbished at eBay, the woman said: “Come along to the UK’s first air fryer restaurant with me.”
Once she had arrived, the foodie started off with a ‘Floating on Air’ lychee cocktail.
As she looked at the food options, she wrote: “The menu was EPIC!”

The foodie then tucked in, as she enjoyed a roasted cauliflower salad with coconut yoghurt, lemon, pomegranate and cashew miso dressing.
She also tried the nduja-stuffed arancini balls, crispy salt and pepper squid, halloumi fries with a sweet and spicy mayo and miso glazed aubergine.
Not only this, but she also had sweetcorn ribs with feta and spicy almond sauce, truffle fries and lamb chops with a mint sauce.
The foodie noted: “The wine was delicious too!”

Following this, dessert was served, as the social media user devoured chocolate crème puffs and banana and chocolate crepe bites with s’more dip, which she claimed “was soooooo good”.
If that wasn’t enough, peaches with ice cream, honey and pistachios were also served, as well as a “beautiful ‘Espress-oh Martini’.”
Reflecting on the restaurant experience, the food lover beamed: “What can I say other than, it’s an amazing concept!
“The food was amazing and the concept is brilliant – someone needs to roll this out through the UK!”
But not only did the pop-up experience in Hoxton, London, which is now unfortunately closed, offer stunning food, but the foodie explained that she was told where you can buy air fryers on the cheap.
She noted: “All the air fryers used were from eBay’s ‘refurb’ section – who knew this was a thing?!?
