SKINCARE is so important for anti-aging.
But with thousands of products and treatments out there, it may be difficult to know what products work and the ones to avoid.
But according to Skincare Specialist Parisa Bahramian it doesn’t have to cost you a fortune.
She says the formula is simple, and can be done in five steps.
Parisa, who is a skincare specialist at Estetica Clinic based in Windsor, Surrey and Heathrow, says: “I always say to my skincare clients an effective anti-ageing skincare routine can be built on just four to five skincare products, which is good for people on a budget.
“Healthy skin doesn’t need to cost a fortune.

Parisa adds: “I can’t stress enough how important it is to also protect the skin from further damage by using a high SPF factor daily.
“Mechanical sun creams containing Zinc oxide or Titanium oxide provide maximum protection as they contain metal compounds that reflect the harmful rays and prevent skin penetration.”

Vitamin C is also a must in your skin-care routine.
Parisa says: “Helps target signs of ageing with skin-brightening powers.
“This ingredient is high in antioxidants which help neutralise external skin-damaging radicals and stimulate the production of collagen as well as evening the skin tone – giving a radiant finish to the skin.
“As long as a person’s skin can tolerate a topical Vitamin C products I recommend to include in their routine.”
Retinol is a Vitamin A that targets the cellular level to kick start your cell turnover rate.
Parisa says: “It reduces inflammation, and decreases oil production.
“Introducing this ingredient to your skincare routine will help combat a lack of firmness in the skin and resurface the skin.
“Apply after your cleanser, and follow with a moisturiser. You should only use a retinol 2-3 times a week and slowly introduce this to your routine.”
And a good moisturiser is essential.
Parisa says: “It is a must for restoring and strengthening your skin’s barrier, this will also help maintain moisture which will in turn promote a smoother skin texture and improve the hydration of the skin.”
Parisa also specialises in Profhilo which is a skin-refreshing treatment for both male and female clients and a great alternative to botox to target signs of ageing.
She says: “As we get older, we lose more reservoirs of Hyaluronic Acid, this reduction in volume plays an important role in the development of wrinkles.
It will also help maintain moisture which will in turn promote a smoother skin texture and improve the hydration of the skin
“Pure Hyaluronic Acid injections provide natural but intensive hydration for the skin, resulting in a firmer and more youthful appearance.”
Profhilo is the treatment that’s got everyone talking.
At Estetica Windsor, the treatment that involves high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid injected into the skin, has grown in popularity by 60 per cent in just six months.
