I’m a shopping whizz – the secret codes TK Maxx use on labels & what they mean including how to find the best bargains | The Sun

A SAVVY shopper has found a way to bag some secret bargains from  clothes and homeware store TK Maxx.

Posting the hack on the TikTok page Latest Deals the bargain hunter caption the post: “This is how you can find secret bargains at TK Maxx.”

Firstly she urged shoppers to look at the numbers on the left hand side of the price tag.

She said if the last number is the number 1 that means the item is specifically for TK Maxx.  She revealed that often those items won't have a before price.

Using a dress that she had recently purchased as an example she said: “This DKNY dress has no before price and a number one on the tag."

"So it was made probably just for TK Maxx and that means that it isn't actually a deal.”
