A midsize fashion fan has shared how she manages to hide her belly when wearing Spring outfits – and you can do it too.
Erica Suckow, who is a size 12, 185 pounds and says she has a “thick tummy”, has perfected a way of disguising it underneath floaty, pastel dresses.
And now Erica, who can be found at her TikTok profile @ericasuckow, has decided to share the clothing items she wears to make this happen.
In a recent video posted to her account, Erica explained she was getting ready to take some “mother and daughter photos”.
For the photoshoot, she had opted for an outfit which complemented her body shape, as well as some amazing shapewear that she’s come to swear by.
Reaching for the nude shorts, she showed how they effectively covered her tummy area, but also hugged her thighs tightly so that they smoothed and sculpted.

In the video titled “thick tummy spring outfit”, Erica explained to her 20.1k followers: “I’m wearing a white dress so these are a necessity underneath.
“I just wear them literally as my underwear and they’re not super compression, they’re a nice all over short.
“So I like to keep this baby nice and secure,” she said, as she explained she was talking about her belly.
Erica then moved onto the bra she couldn’t live without – a well supported strapless bra, again in a nude shade.

The influencer continued: “Nothing, and I mean nothing, beats a good strapless bra because they are so hard to find.”
She later shared how hers was from Spanx, and that she loved it as when she put it on, it left no gap between her short style underwear.
Erica continued: “Look how they meet – no overflow here.”
She then reached for her white “frill, boho dress” and put it on for her followers to see.
However, she admitted she had her reservations, as it wasn’t her usual style.
Erica confessed: “I have this huge fear that I’m going to go out and just look pregnant because my belly is out.
“But I’m embracing it because we deserve to feel beautiful and gorgeous even though we have bigger bellies.”
After she posted the video, Erica’s followers flocked to the comment section to put her mind at rest and said she couldn’t have looked better.
