Princess Marie was a blushing bride who wore a beautiful white embroidered gown and pearl drop earrings. Her beautiful lace gown was accompanied by the Kinsky Honeysuckle tiara from the Liechtenstein Princely Family. The daughter of Princess Margaretha of Luxembourg and Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein chose to wear the 19th-century Kinsky Honeysuckle tiara, formed of glittering honeysuckle motifs in diamonds, silver and gold.
Earlier this month, Princess Maria Anunciata of Liechtenstein also married her long-term partner Emanuele Musini in a glamorous Viennese wedding.
Now, the second daughter of Princess Margaretha and Prince Nikolaus, Princess Marie Astrid the knot in Italy at the late-Gothic Orbetello Cathedral in Capalbio, Tuscany.
Princess Marie Astrid, 34, stunned in a white embroidered gown and the decorative 19th-century Kinsky Honeysuckle tiara, formed of glittering honeysuckle motifs in diamonds, silver and gold.
Her new American husband, Ralph Worthington, 36, looked handsome in pinstripe trousers and a green satin tie.
Many high-profile guests were in attendance, including Princess Maria Anunciata of Liechtenstein, who looked stunning in a long peach dress with a matching clutch.
Marie Astrid’s wedding train was thick and intricately embroidered.
According to Tatler, it took four guests to manoeuvre the piece into the church.
The flower girls and page boys were adorable with lime coloured ribbons and flower crowns on their heads.
Princess Alessandra of Hanover who attended the wedding, also wore a lime green ribbon to accessorise her floral cocktail dress.
The weather was beautiful as the new bride and groom enjoyed the late summer Italian sunshine.
The church aisle was decorated with greenery and the cathedral was adorned with biblical paintings.
Ralph Worthington is the son of Ralph Worthington IV, and his great-grandfather, William Morrissey, founded Metropolitan Oil.

The bride opted for natural makeup with just a light touch of blusher on her cheeks and a pink lip and wore her dark brown locks tied back in a side parting and bun.
The civil marriage was held in complete privacy.
The wedding comes after the royal’s sister Princess Maria Anunciata of Liechtenstein stunned in a satin gown complete with balloon sleeves when she married for a second time during their religious ceremony in Vienna.
Princess Maria completed her look with a veil emblazoned with dainty white flowers paired with a bejewelled crown and matching earrings, while her blonde hair was slicked back.
Earlier this year the royal gave a glimpse into her first wedding, where she wore a more relaxed white dress with balloon sleeves.
