A woman named Misha Grimes claimed she has the "fittest" mum in the world – before showing the blonde bombshell all glammed up ready for a night on the town.


And with her glam blow dry, flawless skin and svelte figure, it's little surprise people were left shocked when Misha revealed her mum's age.

In a clip shared to TikTok, Misha posted a video where she can be seen wearing a casual purple unitard, while her mum opts for an over-sized grey T-shirt.

Misha then gives her mum a twirl and moments later, the mother-daughter duo reappear after having a total glow up.

While Misha looks stunning a slinky satin white dress, her age-defying mum shows off her enviable figure in high-waisted purple trousers and a super flattering plunge top.

Misha captioned the post: "Fittest 61-year-old on the planet," followed by the hashtag #fitmum."

The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 310k views and several comments from social media users – with many in disbelief at her mum's age.
