You might’ve noticed recently that it’s not as pitch black outside when you leave the office, which can only mean one thing: spring is coming.
To usher in the longer and (hopefully) warmer days, your fave gin brand, Gordon’s has a brand new flavour.
Soon you can head to the pub garden and sip on a Sicilian lemon-flavoured gin and tonic.
The new tipple is said to be ‘a delicious Mediterranean twist on an original 1931 Gordon’s recipe’.
The online description adds: ‘The classic taste of Gordon’s perfectly balanced with flavourful lemons from sun-soaked Sicily. Made with only natural flavourings and colourings.’
Sounds delicious.
Gordon’s Gin will be launching the citrusy new twist to its bevvies in March and gin lovers can get in on the action early by exclusively pre-ordering on Amazon.
If you want to taste the stuff but don’t want to order online, you won’t have a long wait.
The Sicilian lemon gin will officially be available on sale nationwide from 10 March, priced at £23.99.
Over on Amazon, you can order a 70cl Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin for £16.50.
In case you’re not convinced, Jessica Lace, head of Gordon’s Gin says: ‘We spent a long time crafting Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin to ensure we deliver the perfect balance of flavours; the result is an outstanding zesty and refreshing tasting gin for consumers seeking new ways to enjoy a G&T.
And don’t forget, if you’re a gin lover and want to drink on the go, Gordon’s also has their esteemed pink gin which comes in can form.
Gordon’s isn’t the only brand who’s used a seasonal change to drop a new line. Beefeater released an autumn tipple last year, in a blackberry flavour that came in a cool purple colour.
The thirst for gin is real.
