We’ve been a fan of British chef and television star Jamie Oliver for a long time. He makes fun, flavorful foods, and puts lots of care and attention into how he prepares even the simplest ingredients. He’s also British, which means he has a ton of recipes that we’ve never actually tasted, or at the very least, never tried to make at home. But it’s time to end all that, and what better season to start experiementing with British cooking than during the holidays, when we’re cooking and hosting friends and family more than at any other time of year?
